Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Firetrol Inc FTA330-K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Shamrock products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Holdwell product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Shamrock such as the TC1D4011B6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OHB95L10 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA3P60A24V by Manufacturer Holdwell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Abb Brand KH145N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as LC11352 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JCAF0 made by Springer as well as the popular SDK125UR original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC2SNSE by Fuji and LC11352 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TC1D3811B6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shamrock.
